A Yutong bus delivery ceremony was held in Astana, Kazakhstan on July 4th to mark the commencement of delivery for the company's 224 buses sold to the Middle Asia country.
The ceremony, witnessed by officials including the mayor of Astana, bus operator Astana No.1 Bus Company and representatives from Yutong Bus, came following the country's procurement of 150 Yutong buses at the beginning of the year. 20 18m battery electric buses were seen standing out with its shiny appearance amidst the first 50 units delivered at the ceremony. The battery electric bus, the largest and best-of-class new energy bus ever acquired by the country, will operate on the main traffic routes of the capital. These buses will not only expand much-needed passenger transportation capacity, but will also add a new touch of beauty to the city thanks to its eye-catching appearance.
The battery electric bus, featuring Yutong's premium new energy Yuwei styling, fits into the country’s modernized capital harmoniously as a result of its perfect combination of technological and futuristic sense.
