Recently, nine sub-items of the key project in the supply chain system  of the 2009 Quality Focused Supplier Process (QFSP) project, will start one after another in three batches,  indicating that the project has entered a new stage.

Different from the previous method of quality improvement, which only focused on a single problem, QFSP is an innovation of the Material Assurance Dept. in 2009 .The main objects of the implementation are nine suppliers who work closely with our company. Our supplier quality engineers will conduct a six month long training for them. The content includes the methods of analyzing and solving problems by using tools like 5 WHY and Stratification. Setting up a communication platform between suppliers and Yutong’s management by means of a regular on-site and management evaluation campaign will significantly enhance the comprehensive ability of suppliers and the quality of outsourced parts.The project has reportedly proceeded smoothly thus far. With the further implementation of the project, the improvements of various subitems will  emerge and lay a solid foundation for the qualitative leap of the quality of outsourced parts’.
