The bus donation ceremony of enterprises in Zhengzhou was held on Green City Square on August 23. 14 enterprises, including Yutong, totally donated 151 city buses to the public transport of the city. Provincial and municipal leaders attended the ceremony.

Recently, based on the guideline “Public transport is a top priority” proposed by Lu Zhangong, party secretary of Zhengzhou, a city-wide construction projects for smooth transport are being carried out, aimed to enhance the public transport undertakings and improve the overall efficiency of road resources.

Tang Yuxiang, president of Yutong Group, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech on behalf of all enterprise donators. “We will not forget Yutong is rooted in Hehan Province. Our cause and ideal have been establishing on the land,” Tang said. The 20 units ZK6128HGK high-end city buses donated by Yutong presented the company’s support to the development of public transport undertakings in the city. Adhering to the motto of “Customer-oriented”, we will endeavor to make Yutong bigger and stronger, thus making greater contribution to the central China’s uprising and national industry advancement, said Tang.  

Zhao Jiancai, mayor of Zhengzhou, praised the long-term concern and social responsibility of the 14 enterprises on the development of Zhengzhou city. He noted the development of public transport is the bounden duty of the government. The municipal government will pay more attention to the development of public transport undertakings and continuously increase financial support, trying to add 500 new air-conditioned city buses till the end of the year and provide quality travel service for the masses.
