The service providers from Ethiopia, Brunei, Philippines and Thailand successfully concluded their nineteen-day training in Zhengzhou, headquarter of Yutong Group, from September 5 to 23.

Given that service providers from different countries were trained together, Yutong Overseas Training Center had worked out a corresponding training program, which content included plant visit, corporation culture introduction, knowledge on service policy, spare parts inquiry & plan, electrical circuit of different bus models, pneumatic circuit of whole vehicle, air suspension (incl. ECAS), brake system, gearbox, axle, air conditioner and engine, as well as repair & maintenance. For the service provider from Thailand, a trainer from the supplier was specially arranged to teach them the knowledge on natural gas engine and gas supply system.

During the training period, the trainees from all countries were satisfied with the thoughtful arrangement and good service. As for the training content, they praised it with thumbs-up.   

This training will help increase the service skills of these service providers and provide a strong support for the normal operation of vehicles, thus laying a good foundation for the market share expansion and customers’ satisfaction rise.
