Trainees of Yutong’s service provider in Sri Lanka were trained in Yutong Overseas Training Center, Zhengzhou of China, in July of 2011.

It is the first time for the service provider in Sri Lanka to attend the service training conducted in the Yutong headquarter. Aiming to improve the service capability of Yutong buses in overseas market and the satisfaction of clients, Yutong Overseas Training Center worked out detailed training program, which included workshop visiting, the introduction to the company, service policy, electrics of whole vehicles, inquiry & planning of spare parts, knowledge on engine, chassis, gearbox, axle, etc. The trainees also went to Kelin Air Conditioner Company, a subsidiary of Yutong Group, to have a better understanding of the air conditioner system.

After the training, all trainees attended the exam held by Yutong and were awarded the service certificates. Their service ability and professional skills have been greatly improved through the training, which will help to increase the satisfaction of clients and establish a good reputation for Yutong products in local market.
