Cambodian king Norodom Sihamoni inspected Yutong on August 7 during his visit in Henan province. The Cambodian vice Premier & minister of Palace Affairs, the second chairman of the senate, the vice Premier and the ambassador of Cambodia to China accompanied the king on the visit. The former ambassador of China to Cambodia and vice governor of Henan province were also present at the inspection.

Niu Bo, general manager of Yutong Bus, extended warm welcome to the arrival of King Sihamoni on behalf of the company. King Sihamoni and his entourage visited the chassis workshop, final assembly workshop and experiment center, and learned the operational situation of the company as well as the production management, product R&D, sales performance, etc. The modern and advanced production lines have given the king deep impression and he expressed the plant was beautiful and amazing.

At Yutong Tengfei Square, King Sihamoni got on the Yutong airport bus and electric sightseeing bus. He praised the Yutong buses were stylish and beautiful and the workmanship was exquisite. Prior to the departure, Niu presented the king a Yutong bus model and the king gave a gift of Angkor Wat souvenir in return to express the gratitude.
