Recently, Yutong officially signed a sales agreement with Yangon Public Transport Co., Ltd. for supplying the bus operator 500 units large-sized city buses. The batch of new buses are scheduled to arrive in Yangon in June this year.
Yutong entered Myanmar in 2010. Since then, the bus maker has significantly strengthened its presence in the country, ranking the first place among all bus brands. Apart from exporting assembled vehicles to the country, Yutong has also set up assembly lines in Myanmar, providing technical support and a whole package of after-sales services to the local customers, ensuring the smooth operation of its vehicles.
Since 2004, Yutong has exported a total number of 35,000 units large- and medium-sized buses to over 40 countries along the Belt & Road, greatly enhancing Chinese brand image.
