Service Month campaign in Ecuador

From Aug. 10th to Sep. 10th, 2009, an activity named “Yutong Service Month” was carried out in Ecuador in accordance with the motto of “Drive your value” and the principle of 3T (Tailored products, Timely delivery, Trusted service) . The campaign provided good service for customers in Ecuador and further improved the product quality of Yutong buses in Ecuador market, thus enjoying a good name among the customers.

During the period, we visited each customer one after another according to schedule, conducted troubleshooting on site for customers and directed them the proper maintenance on buses.

The cutomers were also suggested to bring their buses to distributor’s workshop for free maintenance and they could enjoy special discounts while purchasing spare parts.

Through the campaign, the customers’ maintenance awareness has been improved while the failure rate of buses has been decreased. Therefore, the operation performance of buses was enhanced.

The campaign also brought publicity effect along with it. During the period, when we were on the way to Chone, one car stopped us and the driver gave us a name card and said, “I’m from a taxi company and want to buy some Yutong buses for schoolbus service business. Please contact with me.”
