The Annual Summary Meeting of Training Work, 2009 was held in Havana on Jan. 12th, 2010. Yang Dongxiao, the director of Yutong’s n office, GISELA GARENATEVERA, training supervisor of n Ministry of Transportation as well as training supervisors and managers from another 15 n companies took part in the meeting.

The annual meeting gave a summary on training in 2009: throughout the whole year, there were totally 304 trainings organized and 1,784 persons got trained, among which 639 persons took part in examinations and 428 persons passed. The pass rate was 66.98%.

The training procedure and training plan in 2010 were also introduced in the meeting. In the year of 2010, about 1,410 persons are planned to be trained and there will be 130 trainings. During the meeting, the participants also visited the Yutong’s training center in , and the training supervisor of n Ministry of Transportation as well as training supervisors from all other companies all praised a lot for the training center.

Some companies were awarded in the meeting due to their excellent performance on training.
