The Chilean market is one of the key markets of Yutong’s Latin American Division II. Adhering to the principle of “client-oriented, offering trusted service to clients”, this activity aims to provide high-quality service to clients, improve their feeling and upgrade Yutong’s product image and reputation in Chile market, thus promoting sales with good service.
Based on the previous preparation made by the service supplier in Chile and under the great support of Yutong engineers, all the ten ZK6129H buses with overweight rear axles of clients, including Tacoha, Ruta 78, Indytur, Jetsur and Fortaleza, were modified within 44 days (from Nov.11th to Dec.24th 2013). Totally 35 buses of 9 clients, i.e., Tacoha, Romanini, Sirandoni, Turistik, Ruta 78, Indytur, Jetsur, Alfor and Apco, were involved in this Service Month activity. In this activity (vehicle modification, vehicle inspection, clients visiting, gift giving), the problem of overweight rear axle of the ZK6129H bus, as well as other complaints, were eliminated. By visiting clients, troubleshooting and giving small gifts, Yutong got to know the actual demands of clients and the operation conditions of vehicles of other manufacturers. Meanwhile, Yutong also received good comments and recognition from clients and service suppliers. The clients suggested Yutong and its service suppliers to carry out more service activities. In this activity, quality defects of Yutong’s products were rectified to improve clients’ satisfaction and enhance clients’ recognition of Yutong’s brand, thus promoting the sustainable development of Yutong’s overseas business. Yutong is making efforts to upgrade core competitive advantages with good service, fully implement the trusted service in the overseas market, and gradually increase Yutong’s market share in the Chilean market.
