One Bus Delivered, One Tree Planted

In 2024, we launched the “Net-Zero Forest”, committing to “one bus sold, one tree planted.”For every new Yutong bus put into operation worldwide, a tree will be planted, creating a tangible link between commercial success and environmental protection, turning vehicle deliveries into reforestation efforts, building a sustainable value chain across the product lifecycle, and engaging customers, partners, and stakeholders in climate action.

By the end of 2025,
we have planted 83,700 trees through “Net-Zero Forest” projects in Gansu (China),
the UK, Chile, Mexico, etc through cooperation with NGOs.

Yutong Plants 1,000 Trees in Chile’s to Boost Ecological Sustainability

Yutong hosted a tree-planting event at Quebrada de Macul Urban Park in Santiago, Chile, adding 1,000 native trees as part of ongoing efforts to restore local ecosystems. The initiative builds on Yutong’s 2024 planting of 700 trees in the area and supports its “Net Zero Forest” and “One Bus, One Tree” environmental programs aimed at improving vegetation in Santiago’s urban landscape.

Charity & Relief Initiative

Yutong has carried out public welfare assistance and disaster relief activities across many countries. In response to flood disasters abroad, the company launched rescue and support work without delay. It also launched care programs for children with special needs. These heartfelt initiatives demonstrate the company’s sense of responsibility and humanistic care.

Yutong Rolls Out “Golden Ticket” Initiative in Pakistan

Yutong has partnered with the Pakistan Down Syndrome Association (PDSA) to launch the Golden Ticket Initiative in Bahria Town, Karachi, providing free specialized transportation and zoo excursions for children with Down syndrome. This program underscores Yutong’s commitment to inclusive mobility and sustainable community development in Pakistan.

Yutong helped Kazakhstan recover from flood

When the flood raged in Kazakhstan, Yutong quickly organized a rescue team. To alleviate the pressure on disaster-affected areas, Yutong provided necessities for residents and key components for buses. Yutong donated basic living materials, including drinking water, instant noodles and biscuits to ensure that the bus operators could get through the difficulties. It also provided free component replacement services for the affected vehicles to ensure the smooth production resumption of customers’ vehicles after the disaster and support the rapid recovery of public transportation.

Rush to support, helping disaster areas to start reconstruction

After the outbreak of floods in Pakistan, Yutong Bus donated disaster relief materials such as grain and oil, essential medicines and tents to the seriously affected victims in Sindh Province, to help solve the local urgent needs and start post-disaster reconstruction.

School Bus Public Welfare Campaign
