Yutong Debuts at 2026 Australasia Bus & Coach Expo, Demonstrating Product Strength for Diverse Scenarios
The 2026 Australasia Bus & Coach Expo was held in Sydney from July 15 to 16. As one of the most influential bus and coach industry events in Australia and Oceania, Yutong showcased five vehicle models including the U18, E12, E7S, C12 and D7 under the theme of "Think Eco, Move Green". Covering product solutions for diverse operation scenarios such as urban public and community shuttle and tourist passenger transport, the display further demonstrated Yutong’s robust product capabilities to serve the Australian market.

Among the five models showcased, the 18-meter battery-electric U18 emerged as a star of the exhibition, making its debut in the Australian market.Equipped with a 528 kWh high-capacity battery, the U18 combines high passenger capacity, outstanding energy efficiency, and proven reliability. With energy consumption as low as 0.9 kWh/km under SORT2 operating conditions, together with its sleek, modern styling and Yutong's signature Triple-Ring lighting design, the U18 delivers both a futuristic appearance and strong visual identity, further expanding the choices available for high-capacity zero-emission public transport in Australia. The E12 delivers efficient operational support for urban and intercity bus services. The E7S is tailored for community transport and branch line shuttle scenarios, offering more options for urban "last-mile" travel. Meanwhile, the C12 and D7 cater to customized passenger transport, daily school runs and group tourist transportation, meeting local market demands with a diversified product layout.

To date, Yutong has delivered over 2,000 vehicles to Australia, which are widely applied in urban public transport, tourist passenger transport, corporate commuting, mining transportation, school bus and other fields. The 2,000th delivered vehicle is a Yutong C12, which has been put into service for employee transportation in the local resource industry. It provides stable and reliable daily commuting support for employees under harsh operating conditions featuring high temperatures, heavy dust and long-distance travel. Beyond vehicle deliveries, Yutong consistently offers full lifecycle support for clients, including operational training, spare parts assurance and after-sales services, helping clients shorten vehicle commissioning cycles and improve operational efficiency.

Going forward, adhering to the philosophy of "Think Eco, Move Green", Yutong will continue to optimize its products and service capabilities, contributing more to the development of green transportation in Australia and the broader Oceania region.
