To ensure reliable performance under rigorous conditions, Yutong vans completed 2 million km of comprehensive testing, equivalent to circling the Earth 50 times, with durable parts unchanged and the vehicle structure intact.

To maintain long-term body frame strength and vehicle durability in harsh environments like highly corrosive marine climates, high temperatures, humidity, and salt exposure. The vehicle employs electrocoating technology with 100% corrosion-resistant coating coverage and has passed 200 cycles of extreme corrosion testing, ensuring structural integrity for over 20 years.

To ensure stable operation across different terrains and climates, Yutong vans have undergone rigorous testing in high-temperature (45°C), extreme-cold (-35°C), and high-altitude (5000m) environments, enabling stable driving even under special conditions.

Vans are defined and developed according to the safety standards for large and medium-sized buses. The safety seat brackets, designed to meet the 50 km/h collision standard, are directly mounted to the frame beams to prevent seat detachment, overturning, or sliding in a collision, effectively ensuring driver and passenger safety.

To ensure maximum structural integrity and minimal frame deformation during collisions, Yutong vans adopt a robust closed-ring body structure. Over 55% of the structure uses high-strength steel, with 1500Mpa hot-formed steel in critical areas. With over 8,000 welding points, it has passed the stringent EU ECE R66 rollover safety certification, delivering uncompromising protection.

The interior features high flame-retardant materials, ensuring no ignition for 15 seconds when exposed to flames and self-extinguishing within 60 seconds.
